Hi Rudra. Firstly, let me repeat that you aren't meant to remove the pink "Speedy Deletion" tag. The instructions are quite clear that you're meant to add a "hangon" tag, which you did. There's now a Speedy Deletion and a hangon there, which is as it should be.
Secondly, in terms of putting your biography here, the problem is that you don't appear to have done anything notable under the terms of WP:BIO. If you can show that you have, then you're welcome to have an article on yourself. If, however, you just want to have a page which explains who you are and what you do for fun, I'd be happy to move this to your userpage. Just let me know if that's what you want to do. If you wish to contest the Speedy Deletion of an article, the procedure to follow is to add the hangon tag and then state your case on the article's Talk page. Don't remove the first tag, please. BigHaz - Schreit mich an 09:33, 30 November 2006 (UTC)

I've replied on the article's Talk page as well, but I'll repeat the main points here just in case.
Basically, unless there's something significant that you've done (see WP:BIO for what I mean), we really can't keep your biography here.
