Hillsborough is an area in West Central Warwick, RI. The area was originally a farming hamlet, later a mill village, but is today dominated by the prescence of Green State Airport, Rhode Island's largest and most important Airport. Leviton manufacturing operated a large factory here fabricating electronic components for many years. Post Road which runs through the area is heavily commercialized with fast food restaurants, car rental stores, and hotels which support Green State Airport.
