The Hilton International Stakes is a Group 2 Australian thoroughbred horse race for mares aged 4 years old and over under handicap conditions, over a distance of 2000m.

It is held at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne.

1995 – 2000 was a Listed Race
2001 – 2004 was a Group 3
2005 onwards Group 2

1995 - 2004 the race was known as the ‘Matriarch Stakes’
2005 onwards the race has been called ‘Hilton International Stakes’
