The data contained within the article are unverifiable. And in any case, no sources were cited to demonstrate that "it [The High Prairie Times] is now enjoyed for its diverse content, story composition, excellence of photography, well constructed advertisements, clean and crisp layout, and integrity". The author is merely advocating the merits of a particular publication, and there are no facts listed in this article that can be cross-checked and verified; furthermore, this is not useful information to begin with.
And again, "The Times' unique approach to the local news and its reader friendly and unorthodox design have been very well received by the public," is neither verifiable nor something that should be in an encyclopedia article, as it is simply a matter of opinion. If it was a well-known public opinion that had been discussed in other popular literature, it would be a little different - but as it is I don't believe this has any business being here.
Perhaps I am interpreting the NPOV policy incorrectly, and I'd like to welcome any suggestions to that effect from some more experienced Wikipedians... thanks.
