Talk:High Council of B'nei Noah
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Thank you for agreeing with me in stating "I agree that the United Noachide Council is in no way associated with the High Council of B'nei Noah". So I must give answer to whom ever the "secret replier" may be. You are perhaps correct so I must apologize as I have discovered that the High Council of B'nei Noah "may" perhaps indeed have a 501 (C)(3). According to what we have discovered from TaxExemptWorld.com, the High Council of Bnei Noah shows that the IRS has a Ruling date of 07/2003 when the High Council of Bnei Noah was not conceived until 2005. This lead people to think that the information made available to the public was possibly tampered with. What had happen was there was an existing church which had a tax exempt status and the High Council of Bnei Noah just changed the name of the church to High Council of Bnei Noah. So please view these links for yourself and see the changes. Old PDF: Old copy non-profit_Hcouncil.pdf New copy PDF:New-non-profit_Hcouncil. Finally as far as the statement of UNC poor representation, every thing the UNC publicizes is backed by factual evidence. Billy Jack 07:42, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
I agree that the United Noachide Council is in no way associated with the High Council of B'nei Noah. The UNC was created to further the ambitions of its President Billy Jack Dial in competition with the High Council of B'nei Noach. Billy Jack Dial only briefly belonged to the High Council. I disagree with the claim that the High Council is not a legal entity as it is a registered 501-C3. A 501-C3 is a legal entity. Given the poor representation of facts on the previous UNC page any new page for the UNC should be double checked to avoid the publication of falsehood by wikipedia.
This redirect from wikipedia search for "United Noachide Council" to High Council of Bnei Noah is not correct and is misleading to the public. The United Noachide Council is independent of the High Council for Bnei Noah, and it, the UNC, inc. is a legal organization registered as a not for profit charitable & educational organization in the US, in accordance with US laws, in contrast to the High Council of Bnei Noah which is not a legal organization. The UNC (United Noachide Council) therefore should in no way be implemented or thought of as apart of the High Council of Bnei Noah, as we are not responsible for any of the actions of the High Council of Bnei Noah in any way what so ever. Therefore I respectfully request that changes be made where a search for the "United Noachide Council" will not be redirect to the High Council of Bnei Noah on wikipedia.org.
Thank you! Billy Jack Dial President UNC, Inc Billy Jack 13:27, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
