The Highline Trail is a trail in the Uinta Mountain Range of Utah that crosses the range from the east to the west. The trail, sometimes called the Uinta Highline Trail, is approximately 60 miles long and follows the crest of the Uintas. Much of the trail is located in the High Uintas Wilderness. Its two endpoints are on the west, Mirror Lake on the Mirror Lake Highway, and on the east, Forest Service Road 043, northwest of Vernal. Much of the trail is above 10,000 feet (3,048 m) and the tree line.[1]
