Higher mental plane
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The higher mental or (to Indian Theosophists) manasic or (to Greek Theosophists) noetic plane (or dimension or n-space/continuum/universe separately, or enclosing and interpenetrating grosser planes, respectively) or world (simply) in Theosophy is the higher and subtler part/subplanes of the mental world, in which manas (a Sanskrit word, which the Etruscan MENRVA is related to,) i.e. (to Greek Theosophists) nous ( or according to some Iesous--nous and phren then being the causal and mental bodies,) exists.[1] Theosophists call manas the higher mental body, or a mental aura enclosing and interpenetrating the causal body around and within the mental body.
