The Higashidōri Nuclear Power Plant (東通原子力発電所, Higashidōri genshiryoku hatsudensho^?, Higashidōri NPP) is a nuclear power plant located in the town of Higashidōri in the Aomori Prefecture, on the Shimokita peninsula. It is unique in that at this 4-unit site, 2 units are ran by one company, the Tōhoku Electric Power Company and 2 units are run by the Tokyo Electric Power Company. The reactors are all of Toshiba design.
