"In the Japanese versions Hiei is often called Hiei Jaganshi (邪眼師); which is a title rather than an actual family name. It is given only to those who have mastered the "Jagan". So far, Hiei has been the only one to claim it."

I'm sorry, but I have the dub and seen the Japanese version of the anime as well as read the manga, and this is simply not true. Hes never called Jaganashi in the series, in the manga it explains it more. But his last name/title is Jaganashi. It'll be on every single site you go to. Don't delete something because your too lazy to look it up yourself. If you'd only take 2 mins out of your time and google it you'd recieve more than enough sites.
