HG 85

The HG 85 is the fragmentation hand grenade of the Swiss Armed Forces. Due to its special constructed fuse and packaging, it is considered especially secure. For this reasons, it is also used in a number of other European Armies.
It entered service in the Swiss Army in 1985.
