you would be vry well advised to try to find an actual published book or the like that deals with it. the appropriate sort of bookstore should have them.  :) And is there anything referring to it in the actual academic literature? DGG (talk) 03:58, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

have only seen michael daniels books in print... only articles are online. but will keep on hunting in the academic realms. its a comparatively "new" fetish. that is, information appears to have only been published about it within the last 10 years. and most of the interest stems from the last 5 to 3 years. will a wiki-page have to wait until someone publishes a thesis on the subject?
