Heterixalus boettgeri is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, urban areas, heavily degraded former forest, ponds, irrigated land, and seasonally flooded agricultural land.
