The Herveo Plump Toad (Osornophryne percrassa) is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
