"Hero/Heroine" is a single taken from Boys Like Girls' eponymous debut album. It was originally released as the first single, along with a music video, but it did not chart.
However, following the success of "The Great Escape", the band decided to re-release the song and premiered a new video for it on TRL during November, 2007.
[edit] Music video
Boys Like Girls starred in the music video, along with a supermodel Autumn Holley as the girlfriend. Throughout the video, scenes are depicted around the city of Boston, Massachusetts where Boys Like Girls are from.
