Hermann Künne

Matrose Hermann Künne (d. 23 April 1918) was a German sailor killed during World War I. He was based at Zeebrugge and died fighting British soldiers during the Zeebrugge Raid. The World War II German destroyer Z19 was named Hermann Künne in his honour.
