The following is the general evaluation criteria that I use in evaluating a request for adminship. These criteria are not my final decision maker, but help me alot.

If there are not any circumstances such as a very low edit count or a recent (within a few months) history of blocks or vandalism, then I will usually vote "Oppose" with 59% or less, "Neutral" with 60 to 79%, and "Support" with 80% or more.
