Talk:Henry Sampson Woodfall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The entry on Henry Sampson Woodfall seems confused on one point: It was his father, Henry Woodfall, not the son, who was employed - more precisely, apprenticed - to John Darby. I believe Darby died in 1730 and the ballad was published in 1735, both dates before Henry Sampson Woodfall was born (1739, according to the entry). Barney bass 16:58, 7 April 2007 (UTC)
