I believe that all Amassadors from the U.S. to the U.K. are inherently notable, representing one of the most important geopolitical alliances in the modern world, but there is so little info on this man that it is hard to write this artical, please help if you can. Pelegius 21:38, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
