This image was taken from here and is states as being an official photograph and thus is likely to have been under crown copyright and consequently expired in at least 1989. However, this is not made clear in the article in question and therefore as I am unable to discover source information I am consequently using it here under fair use rationale until the image's provenance can be established. At the moment it is solely intended for use in the article Henry Blagrove.

Fair Use Rationale

1. There is no free-equivalent. I have searched for a free image of this man with clear copyright information and have so far been unable to find one. He has been dead for 68 years, so obviously one cannot be created.
2 The use of this image on Wikipedia does not disrupt anybody's commercial usage of the image.
3 It is of low resolution.
4 It has been published outside Wikipedia.
5 It is used to illustrate the man in question.
6 It conforms to all other guidelines.
