Henry Nicholas Ridley

Henry Nicholas Ridley (December 10, 1855 – October 24, 1956) was an English botanist. He was largely responsible for establishing the rubber industry on the Malay peninsula.[1]

The standard author abbreviation Ridl. is used to indicate this individual as the author when citing a botanical name.[2]
