Henry Graves

Henry Graves may refer to:
- Henry Graves (1806 – 1892), a British printseller and publisher
- Henry Graves (1868 – 1953), an American banker and art collector
- Henry S. Graves (1871 – 1951), an American conservationist and co-founder of the Yale School of Forestry
Henry S. Graves also was the second Chief of the Forest service in the United States and member of the Army Corps of Engineers during World War One. He was also a Lt. Col by 1918.
Henry S. Graves was born in Marietta, Ohio on May 3rd 1871. He graduated from Yale in 1892 at the age of 21 and received his masters degree in 1900. He was one of the Founders of the Society of American Foresters and the first proffeser at Yale Foresting SChool. In 1910, he was selected as the chief of the forest service after the firing of Gifford Pinchot.
