[edit] Second Hemel Hempstead constituency?

This is the second Hemel Hempstead constituency, the first being abolished in 1983? (See List of former Parliamentary constituencies in the United Kingdom: I cant quite see how info there might correspond with info in the Hemel Hempstead article. Laurel Bush 10:17, 24 April 2006 (UTC).
