Hemphill Avenue Apartments is an apartment-style residence hall at Georgia Tech. It opened in 1995 as housing for the athletes and journalists at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA as a part of the Olympic Village.[1]
Hemphill originally cost $13,235,000 to construct and was designed by Jova Daniel Busby.[2]
