[edit] Re: Question

Welcome to Wikipedia!

Although my major is physics, I do have a good bit of chemistry training. I took a course in organic chemistry and now I'm finishing my second semester of physical chemistry. FSU has such a big emphasis on chemistry (partly because of Taxol and the resulting money) that it's hard to resist. Where are you studying?

I don't have much time for Wikipedia these days (too much coursework and work at the nuclear physics lab), but if you leave a message on my talk page I should respond within a day or two. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a question or need an administrator. —Keenan Pepper 15:29, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Advice

I saw your name at Wikipedia:Admin coaching/Requests, and I thought I'd drop by with some advice...

  1. Fill in your edit summaries! If you keep forgetting, there's a setting in "my preferences" which will remind you (and won't let you save until you fill it in!).
  2. Get more experience in the main namespace editing and creating articles. Wikipedia's mission is to provide encyclopedia articles to the world. That's our primary focus.
  3. Read the lesson: Learning the ropes.

I hope you find these pointers helpful.

Good luck and have fun.  The Transhumanist
