Considering Helen Kennedy was an unmemorable City Councillor in East York for one term and got crushed in Ward 20 by Adam Vaughan I really don't see why she deserves a wikipedia article. But if she does at least the controversy over her getting the NDP nomination - in which Olivia Chow angered the Chinese community by picking her constituency assistant over long time community activist Tam Goossen (some would call it cronyism) - deserves a mention.
