Helge Solum Larsen

Helge Solum Larsen (born 14 January 1969) is a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party.
From 1994 to 1997 he was the leader of the Young Liberals of Norway, the youth wing of the Liberal Party.
He served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Rogaland during the terms 1997–2001 and 2005–2009.
