Helen Eileen Johns (later Helen Carroll) (born September 25, 1914) was an American swimmer who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics.
In the 1932 Olympics she won a gold medal in the 4x100 m freestyle relay event. Johns attended Brown University. She married Eugene Carroll and moved to Sumter, South Carolina, where she currently resides.[citation needed]
