My professional expertise is in physics. I appreciate the Wikipedia idea a lot and have been using it more and more recently. That's why I think it's only fair if I participate more actively. Hence, if time permits, I will try to contribute more contents myself - and may even make this page look less boring.

My mother tongue is German but I hope to be able to contribute intelligibly in English as well.
