Heffllinger Dog Park is located on 112th and Maple Street in Omaha, NE 68197 The official website for this dog park is: www.omahadogpark.org/index.html

Hefflinger Dog Park officially opened in August 2006 in partnership with the city of Omaha. The Omaha Dog Park is a 5 acre area that also includes a two acre play area for dogs under 30 pounds. The park also has waste bag dispensers, water features, and a BMX bike trail. Hefflinger Dog Park is a safe, enclosed area for all dogs to play and enjoy the outdoors. The Omaha Dog Park Advocates is a nonprofit organization. They hold two major fund raisers a year to raise money for the dog park. In April of 2008 they held "Bark in the Park" where there were vendors and games for the dogs to play. The Omaha Dog Park Advocates meet the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm at the Swanson Library.
