Why does this article state "the appellees (supposedly representing the United States)"? Were the lawyers representing the appellees not employed by the DOJ? Or is there some important detail about who the lawyers filling this appeal were? (I feel that someone is trying to slip an opinion into this otherwise NPOV article.) -- llywrch

It raddicly changed the way congress looked at the comerce clause and rewerote the way we look at other people this act of the hotel was outrageous and dealt whith 68.59.44.124 (talk) 17:58, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
