[edit] Why delete it?

I'm not sure why this is marked for deletion, but I'm also not sure why it is considered an Illinois article. HAP is a major publisher of material for health administration programs. But why not link to its site?R2SBD (talk) 20:39, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
