Hi, I think you should consider changing your model slightly to reflect Consumer_driven_health_care. That would be government-sponsored, but still gives complete control over payment to the consumer. Single payer insurance and socialized medicine are essentially the same thing. Instead you should put something like "government-paid voucher program" in the top left-hand section.
