I believe this image may be "fair use" under United States copyright law because it is allowed to use on English-language Wikipedia that people may use it. This means according to Yonidebest from the WikiCommons^[3], who has claimed that our Wikipedia allows "fair use" images. This image was once thought to be public domain, yet Heather O'Rourke was born in 1975 so it could not be old enough to be released into the public domain because of age. That was stated by Thuresson from the WikiCommons who requested that the image, due to copyright violation, should have been deleted there but was recently deleted. Regarding this image, I adjusted its size smaller than the original image from source and slightly reduced its quailty or resolution so it would be no more high quality or resolution enough. I think it is reasonable to be granted that this is copyrighted. --Adnghiem501 23:54, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
