Heavy Starry Heavenly is the second album from Tomoko Kawase's most recent alter-ego, Tommy heavenly⁶. This is Kawase's fourth solo album, yet the second under the name Tommy heavenly⁶.

The initial Limited Edition pressing includes a bonus promotional DVD, including music videos and "making of" videos.
