Heather Cooper (b. 1945) is a Canadian artist and graphic designer who lives and works in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

She began working in the early 1970s. She is perhaps best known for creating the original Roots "beaver" logo and the accompanying advertising campaign.[1] She published a retrospective of her work called Carnaval Perpetuel: a Collection of Works in 1988.
