Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing was a 1982 hardcore punk album released by Discharge on Clay Records, their first full-length LP. Many critics at the time dismissed this album as "unmusical", though it is now considered both a classic of the era and the peak of Discharge's career.

• Metallica covered "Free Speech for the Dumb" on their covers album Garage Inc..
• At the Gates included a cover of "The Nightmare Continues" at the end of their album With Fear I Kiss the Burning Darkness.
• Anthrax covered "Protest and Survive" for their compilation album, Attack of the Killer B's.
• Several bands, including Tragedy (band) and Disfear, draw tremendous influence from this album.
