[edit] Planetary system

A long period planet companion to HD 70642 was announced in 2003. Since this planet orbits in a circular orbit (e=0.1) at 3.3 AU, there is the possibility of undiscovered Earth-like planets closer to the star that could be hospitable to life. This planetary system is more similar to our solar system than any other currently known planetary system.
