[edit] Senkaku + 3RR

The 3RR rule is there for a reason, and I have found that in the past it has actually induced me to rethink my position. It is far from being childish to report someone for breaking wiki rules. No offence, but complaining when you are reported is. I hope that if you are reported again in the future you will not regard it as being personal or "unfair".

However I'm quite happy to reach a mutual agreement over such issues. If you had come up with this at the start I probably would have accepted it too. All wikipedians need to have "understanding" of different views. Just remember that the NPOV policy can be taken too far. It simply is not possible to have a truly neutral article. The only truly neutral piece of work is a blank page. If you want to get along with other wikipedians you will have to learn that sometimes things you regard as not neutral, unfair, etc are actually quite valid.

On a side-note, you shouldn't delete comments from your talk page, even if they're admin-related - unless they're inflamatory, etc. Take care, John Smith's 21:55, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
