This is a truly horrible article, poorly written in every sense of the word. If I knew more of the facts I would do it myself, but jargon prevents me from understanding much at all. Would the OP please consider reviewing this? I shall email and see if contact can be established, and if not - then I would propose the article be deleted. docboat 16:41, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
