Hawksworth is a village in Nottinghamshire, England. It is located 10 miles south of Newark-on-Trent. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 127 [1]. The parish church of St Mary and All Saints is Norman, with an elaborate tympanum, but was almost completely rebuilt in the 19th century. There is a Saxon cross shaft[2].
