Hi, I started this stub and will gradually expand on it; any contributions are welcome especially for cleaning up or advising on my newbie wiki style.

This page is intended to list the Havells with some claim to being remembered (probably some 15 to 20), as a hierarchical list in family order, with one-liner descriptions, and a comprehensive list of references and/or links.

I intend eventual separate pages for William Havell & Robert Havell junior at least; also Daniel Havell and Ernest Binfield Havell. However it will take a while for me to gather my sources!

I'm reading many Wikipedia guides, but still a bit uncertain how best to make individual citation links into the list of references. Good advice is welcome.

I've been reading about the Harvard reference templates which seem to provide good citations + references - but looks complex to use? Would appreciate any opinions on going down this path. Stevensims 04:25, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
