Fixed grammar and spelling in this article; still not perfect but a fair bit better than it was. Two minor problems still outstanding though:

Do any major/recognisable (preferably English-language) sources refer to Hatena Bookmarks as Hatebu?
What are the criteria for becoming a Diary Citizen?
