Hathershaw is a locality within the town of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, England.

It is a predominantly residential district and lies within the south of Oldham, along Ashton Road. It is contiguous with Coppice, Fitton Hill and Bardsley.

It has a school (The Hathershaw College) which many pupils living in the area attend.
