[edit] English spelling of name
I don't know arab/English names but Google indicates "Hasaballah El Kafrawy" with one s is more common than "Hassaballah El Kafrawy" (and both have surprisingly few hits: 5 and 1). The article name currently has two s but the first sentence has one. "Kafrawi" may be more common than Kafrawy, and "Al" may be more common than "El", so maybe all 3 names should be changed.
