Hasna Benhassi (Arabic: حسنة بنحسي; born June 1, 1978) is a Moroccan middle distance athlete.
At the 2004 Olympics in Athens, she finished second to Kelly Holmes in the women's 800 meters. In August 2005 she won a silver medal in the 800 meters at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics. She placed 8th in the 800 meters at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
