Haslingden High School, is a secondary school located in Haslingden, Rossendale. The school has been awarded dual specialist status as an Arts College and Mathematics and Computing College. The school is fed by the many local primary schools that Rossendale Local Education Authority are responsible for.

Murder victim Sophie Lancaster, who died in August 2007 aged 20, was a pupil at the school from 1998 until 2003.

It is run by headteacher Eve Challinger (BA Hons) and is one of the best schools in both the area, and the country. It also has a £2.2 Million Sixth form Center, complete with state of the art, I-mac Computers and a lecture theater, that is used for assemblies. For Years 11,10,9,8 and 7.
