Hasanuddin University (Indonesian: Universitas Hasanuddin) is a public university in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is established on June 11, 1956. Its current rector is Idrus Paturusi. It is named after Sultan Hasanuddin, a Kingdom of Gowa.
