Hasan Ali Dansh (born on September 20, 1986) is a Lebanese association football player. He plays for Al-Ansar in the Lebanese Premier League. He is a striker. He wears the number 9 shirt. He does not represent a national football team at international level. He is eligible to represent the Lebanon national football team. He joined Al-Ansar from Al-Shabab Al'Ghazia. He signed on August 21, 2007. He has still not made an appearance for his current club.
