Harris Black violated his probabtion order on a theft charge by leaving Canada and going to live in Pattaya, Thailand. As of today, he is still in Thailand, and is well known by the expats and by the Thais. Information indicates that he is not working there and so it is assumed that his mother is still paying his expenses (rent, food, and regular prostitutes, according to Harris himself).

Harris has committed many more offences (legal & moral) that have never been discussed or printed anywhere. Perhaps this would be a good forum for victims of Harris Black to tell their stories. Others could comment or ask questions. Knowing about Harris Black is a good way not to become victim to a con man.
