Hartman Middle School is a middle school located in 7111 Westover St. in Houston, Texas. This school is under the Houston Independent School District.

Hartman MS was opened in 1954, later in 2007 the school has been partially demolished and a new building has been built and completed.

Hartman Middle School is in the zoning area on Seguin Elementary School, Cornelius ES, Gregg, and Golfcrest. 75% of the 8th grade students may go to Chavez HS, Milby HS, or Austin HS.

As of the 2006-2007 school year, students must wear a polo shirt with the "special" Hartman logo, which it can be purchased in the PTO office.

In Hartman Middle School, 67 of the students are Hispanic, 31 are african american, and 2% are Asian American.
